Terms and Conditions
All Mile End Glamping Gift Vouchers are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Gift Vouchers may be used for payment of accommodation and are for one use only and subject to availability.
Bookings made using a Gift Voucher must be made directly with the Mile End Glamping Team via telephone or email and not through any other booking company. The Gift Voucher number must be quoted at the time of making the booking.
Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Voucher.
Gift Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed, photocopied or altered in any way and will not be accepted by Mile End Glamping or be otherwise redeemable.
Terms are void where prohibited by law. Terms and Conditions of the Voucher are governed by the laws of Western Australia.

Q. How long is my Gift Voucher valid for?
A. Gift Vouchers need to be redeemed within 3 years from the date specified on the voucher and can be used for any available dates.
Q. In what denominations are Gift Vouchers sold?
A. Mile End Glamping Gift Vouchers can be purchased in values from AUD $500 or more.
Gift experience vouchers can also be purchased. The 'Ultimate' voucher ($1,300) includes ANY available two nights, a Welcome Bottle of French Champagne, Local Produce Hamper, Locally Made Pamper Pack and Local Chocolates.
Massages and other experiences can be added to customise the voucher experience.

Q. Can my Gift Voucher be redeemed for cash?
A. Your Mile End Glamping Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used towards a stay in our accommodation.
Q. Are there any additional charges for buying the Gift Voucher
A. There are no additional charges unless you spend more than your voucher is worth at the property. These extra charges would then be paid for at the time of booking.
Q. Do I need to quote my Gift Voucher number when making my reservation?
A. Yes, at the time of making the initial booking you must notify the Mile End Glamping property of your intention to use or redeem your Gift Voucher and quote the Gift Voucher number.
Q. What if I have lost my Gift Voucher?
A. Mile End Glamping Gift Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed. Photocopied or altered Gift Vouchers will not be accepted by Mile End Glamping or be otherwise redeemable.
Q. What if the cost of my stay at Mile End Glamping is more than the value of the Gift Voucher?
A. Should you spend more than the value of your Gift Voucher, Mile End Glamping will calculate the difference and this must be paid upon booking.
